Legalization
Documents should first be legalized by the Belgian/ Luxembourg Ministry of Foreign Affairs or the Chamber of Commerce.
Documents which have been legalized by an electronic stamp, should also be legalized by the Belgian/ Luxembourg Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
After their legalization, you need to bring the documents in person to the consular section every Thursday between 9:00 until 12:00 or 14:30 until 16:00.
Payment could be only by Ban contact (Credit cards and cash are not accepted).
Documents will be ready for collection the next Thursday.
